Abstract

ardiff Council is seeking to renew its existing JAMF licences for school-based devices to enable continued mobile device management (MDM) of their iOS devices for a period of up to three years from 30th September 2023. JAMF allows the Council to set up, pre-configure and manage new and existing devices enabling bespoke app installation, profile management, and configuration of all our iOS devices across all schools in the city including Primary, Secondary and Special schools. Currently there are 11,000 JAMF licences which expire across the year at different dates. The council are seeking to bring all the current licences into a single annual co-termination date of 30th September.
