Temporary Exhibit Hire for Xplore! Science Discovery Centre, Wrexham

Description of the goods or services required

Xplore! has secured funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund with priority aims of increasing footfall to Wrexham city centre from outside the county and in promoting play and science with underserved communities from within Wrexham County.

The summary of the scope of this contract will be follows:

To choose 5 robust exhibits for temporary hire and installation at Xplore! Science Discovery Centre in Wrexham, UK, LL13 8AE

To agree delivery and installation date with Xplore! team (estimated mid-November 2023)

To arrange transportation and installation

To provide manuals or verbal instructions for use and maintenance of the exhibits

To arrange for dismantle, removal and collection after a 4-month period

To fix any exhibit faults the occur during the hire period in a timely manner

Working closely with the Xplore! Projects Officer, the appointed contractor will package and transport 5 exhibits to Xplore! (17 Henblas Street, Wrexham, UK, LL13 8AE) at the earliest mutually agreeable date.
