Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health Board ("HDUHB") have awarded a call-off contract for the supply & installation of office furniture across all sites within the Health Board. HDUHB produced a standardised office furniture item list for the category areas listed below which can now all be sourced via this agreement. • Office Chairs • Desks • Pedestals • Office Cabinets and Cupboards • Waiting room chairs • Meeting room chairs The National Procurement Service (NPS) Provision of Furniture Solutions framework agreement (Reference: NPS-CFM-0092-18) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework included several potential providers who had achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process. Also, the framework covered a wide range of specialist furniture equipment, with many well-known and competitive suppliers available allowing HDUHB to select a provider that could satisfy their requirements whilst achieving value for money.
