Abstract

The Welsh Government is contributing to a partnership agreement with Cardiff Capital Region and Cardiff City Council to support South East region representation at MIPIM 2024 (12-15 March 2024). MIPIM is an annual, international showcase event for regeneration, investment and property industry. It brings together all players from the commercial property value chain, enabling unique access to sources of investment capital and the opportunity to showcase Wales as a visitor destination and our environmental policies and strategic projects on a world stage. The partnership proposal which has been offered by Cardiff Council, has been tailored specifically to meet Welsh Government needs and will provide the Welsh Government with the opportunity to engage, network and raise the profile of key strategic projects and opportunities.
