Abstract

The Welsh Government has identified a need for specialist construction advice and technical information. CEW is the body in Wales with the skill and capacity to deliver our needs having the reputation within the construction sector for impartial and timely advice to both the public and private sector. Utilising their existing contacts and specialism CEW will deliver a set of practical suggestions for improving contracting and procurement of social housing in Wales.
