Abstract
Through the Councils Void and Decant Property Repairs and Refurbishment / Planned Maintenance Framework, reference Proc 23-37 / HBS 1179, the Council has carried out a mini-competition exercise where all Contractors who were successful in obtaining a place on the above mentioned Framework were invited to bid for the Contracted Work.
The Contracted Work related to the complete refurbishment of a Council Void property. A single Contractor was appointed to carry out the Contracted Work.
