The works are to be undertaken in Llanrwst, in the County of Conwy.

To replace asbestos containing roof coverings with new roof covering complete including associated works.

Replace roofing complete with new roofing to comply with Building Regulations, New lighting and remove and refit gas fired over-head heating to main hall. Including all associated works.
