Abstract
The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society (RWAS) seeks consultancy support to undertake comprehensive feasibility studies for two priority projects identified in the 2023 Royal Welsh Showground Vision & Masterplan. These studies are funded through the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF).
Work Package A: Royal Welsh Farm Shop & Kitchen - feasibility study examining market demand, business models, facility requirements, and funding strategies for a year-round farm shop and kitchen facility.
Work Package B: Sheep, Shearing & Woolhandling Centre of Excellence - comprehensive review of sheep sector buildings and facilities to identify the most strategic approach to replacing the NSA building whilst enhancing facilities to create a unified centre of excellence.
Both feasibility studies must be completed by February 2026.

The successful contractor must comply with all UK Shared Prosperity Fund requirements including: - UK Government branding on all outputs - Record retention for minimum 7 years post-programme closure - Provision of output and outcome data - Compliance with subsidy control requirements - All work completed by 28 February 2026
