VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership intends to extend the current agreement until 01/01/2026, to allow for Governance approval and award of the new tender
VII.2.2) Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
A one month extension to the current agreement to allow full Governance approval to be completed
