Abstract

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is a special health authority within NHS Wales who have a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce in Wales, whilst supporting high-quality care of the people of Wales. HEIW has awarded a contract to Tektology to support the development of a Digital Leadership Vision and Graduated Capability Model for the NHS Wales workforce. The project will also deliver a detailed Mental Health use-case aligned with the Mental Health Digital Delivery Plan, enabling HEIW to progress its programme of digital capability development across NHS Wales.
