Description of the goods or services required

As part of the ‘Welsh Government Building Safety Remediation Fund’. A Fire Safety Review has been undertaken at The Osborne Apartments, Rothersldade Road, Swansea. This has highlighted a number of areas that need to be rectified in order to lower the risk of fire and fire spread within the building.

The Osborne Apartments now wish to enter into contract with a Contractor to deliver the identified works.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The tender documentation has been prepared on behalf of The Osborne Apartments who, in tendering for these works, will carry out an open and fair procurement process as outlined in the Welsh Building Safety Fund scheme guidance. All tender documentation will be provided equally, and in full, to all potential bidders.

Welsh Government’s procured contractors are eligible to bid for this contract but will have no competitive advantage over any other bidder. This will be independently ratified by Welsh Government Officials who will review all tender documentation at the Welsh Building Safety Panel.
