The primary works are:

- Install a 6096mm L x 2438mm W x 2,590mm H, Pay as You Feel shop in the modified shipping container. (supply and lifting of container by others)

- Install a 2438mm L x 2210mm W x 2,250mm H, Additional Secure Storage Container. (supply and lifting of container by others)

- Supply and install No5 LDL Directional Shelby Bollard Lighting SHE/10/1111/3

- Supply and install Permeable paving, Sudstech or similar approved consisting of 1 Layer of 50mm sudstech, 1 layer of 200mm compacted MOT Type 3 Sub-base, with concrete edging kerbs to surround

- Supply and install No1 Proposed Bird Box, Install No2 Proposed Bat Box, Install No1 Proposed Swift Box.

- Construct an Electrical Route Ø150 underground Duct - 63A 3PH From existing school to Proposed Storage Container.

- Supply and install No2 Big Bocs Bwyd Entrance Sign to be installed on new post.
