Abstract

The construction of a new Restaurant and Bar building including 2 first floor multi use spaces at the Llechwedd site in Blaenau Ffestiniog. The works are active on an operational Tourism site and classified as a working Mine and Quarry by the HSE. The works include the cladding of an existing steel frame structure together with the completion of internal fixtures and fitting. The works will also include a commercial grade kitchen. The Works will also include the connections of all necessary utilities. The works generally consist of; • Temporary hoardings and access works • Site preparation • Reinforced concrete foundations and ground slab • Structural steel frame alterations • Slate roof coverings on Kingspan pitched roof cladding • Single ply roofing covering • Kingspan cladding panels external walls • Double glazed windows and doors • Internal metal stud partitions • Internal doors, frames and architraves • Wall, floor and ceiling finishes • Kitchen Units and internal bespoke joinery items • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations • Foul and surface water drainage installation • Hard and soft landscaping • Incoming statutory authority services, including associated BWIC
