Abstract

The aim of this tender document is to establish a Framework of approved suppliers to support the Welsh Government in the development and production of Welsh and bilingual education resources. The Framework will be an umbrella agreement setting out the terms and conditions for subsequent call-off contracts, but which places no obligations, in itself, on the Client to purchase any services. The Framework is therefore not a contract; contracts are only formed when services are called off under the Framework. Future requirements will be subject to individual mini-competitions under the Framework. Schedules of project delivery requirements, payment terms, etc. will be agreed at the call-off stage and will form a legally binding contract with the Client. CPV: 22000000, 22000000, 22000000, 22000000, 22000000, 22000000.
