The Development Bank of Wales PLC (‘DBW’) proposes to establish a new Wales Micro Loan Fund, from which 2 million GBP will be allocated to a Social Enterprises sub-fund (the “Social Enterprise Sub-Fund”). DBW is seeking to appoint up to three (3) Service Providers to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, to make recommendations on investments in suitable social enterprises and to monitor the portfolio of such investments on behalf of the fund holder of the Social Enterprise Sub-Fund on a fully-discretionary basis.
