Abstract

NRW’s Sands of LIFE Project is seeking to award a contract for the supply, support and maintenance of a livestock tracking system, to facilitate the management of 100 cattle and 100 sheep which graze across 700 ha of Kenfig dunes, near Bridgend, South Wales. The system will help the land managers meet nature conservation grazing objectives for this important sand dune site which is a designated National Nature Reserve and Special Area of Conservation. It will also be used to inform the public of the location of livestock.
