The National Procurement Service, wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the specialist service of Media buying, through all media channels. The Supplier shall be responsible for the purchasing and placement of routine adverts/notices to be placed by a Customer as and when required. The Customer may require minimal design input, e.g. simple design of a standard advertising template. The Supplier will also be required to provide recruitment advertising to attract a strong and diverse field of applicants.
