Abstract

Support the Isle of Anglesey County Council (as Street Authority) in its duties under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) to undertake routine inspections of street works undertaken by the Contractor and ultimately ensure compliance with the Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Highways Code of Practice, the Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice, and general adherence with health, safety and welfare good practice.
