Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health board has awarded a contract for the provision of Digital Assessments to support Value Based Health Care and empower patients to share information at key points in their healthcare journey. HDUHB is a leading Health Board in digital transformation and alignment with the Value Based Health Care team’s vision of consistent Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (“PROMs”) collection at key points across patient care. This requirement has been developed to outline how technology can further improve the patient outcomes and experience and help generate capacity across services by truly understanding demand. The Crown Commercial Service (“CCS”) ‘G-Cloud 13’ (RM1557.13) Framework provides a compliant route to source cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and cloud support. Includes many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions. The preferred contract structure proposed is one that will allow the Health Board to utilise services from one (1) provider.
