Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn dymuno dyfarnu contract consesiwn yn uniongyrchol i weithredwr blaengar, dynamig ar gyfer neuadd farchnad bwyd a diod newydd. Mae’r cyfle yn addas ar gyfer gweithredwyr hamdden, lletygarwch a marchnad manwerthu. Mae’r cyfle yn cael ei gynnig gyda’r nod o ddarparu canolbwynt bywiog i bobl ymweld, siopa a mwynhau yng nghanol tref y Rhyl. Mae’r prosiect wedi cael ei ddatblygu ar gyfer dibenion adfywio ac economaidd yn hytrach na fel buddsoddiad, a bydd llwyddiant y fenter yn cael ei fesur gan boblogrwydd y cyfleuster a chyflawni’r mesurau perfformiad y cytunwyd arnynt. The opportunity is suited to leisure, hospitality, and retail market operators. The opportunity is offered with the aim of delivering a vibrant hub for people to visit, shop and enjoy in Rhyl town centre. The project has been developed for regeneration and economic purposes rather than as an investment, and the success of the venture will be measured by the popularity of the facility and the achievement of the agreed performance measures. In accordance with the Authorities ‘Contract procedure rules’, it has been decided to proceed with a less formal process to select a suitable operator by subsequent ‘Direct award’.
