Abstract
1: Tenant views and requirements
To understand tenants’ requirements for engagement and support a survey be undertaken with private and social tenants in Wales. A Task and Finish Group will contribute to this work and could be asked to distribute the survey to relevant individuals. The survey can also be circulated by social landlords in Wales, Rent Smart Wales and published to the Welsh Government website.
2: Review of tenant engagement and participation funding
a) Desk based review of funding documentation – Including grant application form/associated approvals.
b) Analysis of available monitoring data to include grant management reports and associated monitoring.
a) qualitative research with TPAS Cymru (currently funded to deliver Tenant engagement and support activity); 10 WG officials
