Abstract

The requirement is for one venue to host a whole series of 2 day events in South East Wales and also host the Improvement Cymru National Conference. Required event dates: Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14st June 2023 Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th September 2023 Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th November 2023 Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st February 2024 If you are unable to provide services required on all dates listed above, please provide alternative dates as close to the original dates outlined. In addition to the above we are looking to hold an event in late May/June. Please see specification for details. Catering: Public Health Wales has a requirement to provide healthy and sustainable menu options at all its events. For all above events please provide an outline of catering options and a description of how the venue manages requests for specific dietary requirements.
