Gwynedd has been successful in winning the 'Sustainability Exemplar' challenge for North Wales with the proposal for a new Community Campus in Bontnewydd, Gwynedd. We wish to appoint a BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM Accredited Professional for this project.

Fee proposals are invited for providing the above services to meet the requirement of securing a Design Stage BREEAM certificate with a minimum of Excellent rating and a Post Construction certificate BREEAM certificate with a minimum of Excellent rating.
