Abstract

An inclusive sport system will provide opportunities which are led by need, that are safe, enjoyable and developmental. Sport Wales wants to work together with its partners to ensure a sector led approach (not a Sport Wales led approach) to realising an inclusive sport system. We require a company to facilitate this sector led approach with Sport Wales as a constituent part. You will develop collective ownership of the challenge, identifying and working with those who are prepared to co-create potential solutions, learn out loud and share with the wider sector and be the advocates for change, prepared to try things differently and encourage others to do the same.
