Merthyr Valleys Homes is looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake an assessment of our existing sheltered housing accommodation in addition to the future accommodation needs of older people who are living in Merthyr Tydfil.

This assessment will entail reviewing the existing schemes owned by Merthyr Valleys Homes and the services provided, in addition to undertaking an assessment of the future needs of older people living in the County Borough. We currently manage six Sheltered Housing Schemes with a total of 205 units.
