Description of the goods or services required
The construction of 20 new build properties, under a JCT Design and Build Contract with Amendments at The former Iorwerth Jones home for the elderly, Cardiff. The scheme consists of 13 x 2 bed houses, 6 x 3 bed houses and 1 x 4 bed houses with associated car parking, communal garden and access road. All the properties will be built to Welsh Government DQR standards for use as Council rented accommodation.
