Tender for the provision of a Grounds Maintenance Service for Council Housing Estates, Housing Complexes & Playgrounds that Denbighshire Community Housing are responsible for.
To cover grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub & border maintenance, litter picking, weed control, playground bin emptying, moss removal. Plus, cleaning of paths & areas of hardstanding.
To also have the ability to react to wild flower planting replacing traditional grassed areas throughout the length of the Contract.
This is a three year contract with an option to extend for a further two years (renewable annually)
