3) Asbestos Removal

4) Soft Flooring Repairs

5) Painting and Decorating

6) Fire Stopping

7) Dry Lining, Partition Walls, Plastering and Suspended Grid Ceiling

8) Cleaners

9) Temporary Set-up Works

10) Structural Steel Frame

11) Landscaping

12) Ground works, demolition, site preparation and drainage.
