Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable supplier for the security and key holding services using a term service contract. The County of Conwy covers a total of 1,126 sq km covering, coastal and rural areas, properties are situated throughout the whole county with some located in remote rural locations, therefore, due consideration should be given as to the dispersed nature of the properties.

2.1 Title

Key Holding Security Services Contract 2022-2025

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable supplier for the security and key holding services using a term service contract.

The County of Conwy covers a total of 1,126 sq km covering, coastal and rural areas, properties are situated throughout the whole county with some located in remote rural locations, therefore, due consideration should be given as to the dispersed nature of the properties.
