Abstract

Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd tendrau i ymgymryd â phrosiect hanes lleol gyda'r nod o gasglu, cadw a dehongli lleisiau ac atgofion pobl, cymunedau a chyfranogwyr ar safle Trawsfynydd – drwy sgyrsiau a gwrthrychau arwyddocaol (e.e. ffotograffau, arteffactau, offer ac ati) sy'n gysylltiedig â'r pwnc. Bydd ffocws y prosiect ar effaith gymdeithasol hanesyddol y safle, yn ogystal â rhoi syniad o ddyheadau cymunedau ar gyfer y dyfodol yng nghyd-destun treftadaeth y safle a'i effaith. Y nod yw defnyddio'r straeon hyn i gael dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o'r naratif cymunedol sy'n ymwneud â Thrawsfynydd, a fydd wedyn yn cael ei ddefnyddio i hyrwyddo sgyrsiau pellach gyda chymunedau lleol ac oddi mewn iddynt er mwyn llywio mentrau economaidd-gymdeithasol yn yr ardal yn awr ac yn y dyfodol. Er y byddem yn croesawu argymhellion ynghylch yr union fethodoleg fel rhan o'r ddogfennaeth dendro, rydym yn rhagweld y gellid cynnal hyd at 30 o gyfweliadau unigol/grŵp. Rydym yn annog ymgeiswyr i amlinellu sut y byddent yn gweithio gyda grwpiau/rhwydweithiau cymunedol presennol fel rhan o'r prosiect hwn i ychwanegu gwerth at fentrau eraill. Mae'r gallu i gynnal sgyrsiau yn y Gymraeg yn hanfodol, a byddai tystiolaeth o ddealltwriaeth o'r diwylliant lleol a'r cyd-destun economaidd-gymdeithasol yn hynod fuddiol. ---------------------------------- Cyngor Gwynedd is inviting tenders to undertake a local history project aimed at gathering, preserving and interpreting the voices and memories of people, communities and participants in the Trawsfynydd site – through conversations and significant objects (e.g. photographs, artefacts, equipment etc) related to the subject matter. The focus of the project will be on the historical social impact of the site, as well as providing an indication of communities’ aspirations for the future in the context of the site’s heritage and its impact. The aim is to use these stories to gain a deeper understanding of the community narrative relating to Trawsfynydd, which will then be used to promote further conversations with and within local communities to inform current and future socio-economic initiatives in the area. Whilst we would welcome thoughts and recommendations regarding the exact methodology as part of the tender documentation, we foresee the equivalent of up to 30 individual/group interviews. We encourage applicants to propose how they would work with existing community groups/networks as part of this project to add value to other initiatives. The ability to conduct conversations in Welsh is essential, and evidence of an understanding of the local culture and socio-economic context would be extremely beneficial

Description of the goods or services required

Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd tendrau i ymgymryd â phrosiect hanes lleol gyda'r nod o gasglu, cadw a dehongli lleisiau ac atgofion pobl, cymunedau a chyfranogwyr ar safle Trawsfynydd – drwy sgyrsiau a gwrthrychau arwyddocaol (e.e. ffotograffau, arteffactau, offer ac ati) sy'n gysylltiedig â'r pwnc.

Bydd ffocws y prosiect ar effaith gymdeithasol hanesyddol y safle, yn ogystal â rhoi syniad o ddyheadau cymunedau ar gyfer y dyfodol yng nghyd-destun treftadaeth y safle a'i effaith.

Y nod yw defnyddio'r straeon hyn i gael dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o'r naratif cymunedol sy'n ymwneud â Thrawsfynydd, a fydd wedyn yn cael ei ddefnyddio i hyrwyddo sgyrsiau pellach gyda chymunedau lleol ac oddi mewn iddynt er mwyn llywio mentrau economaidd-gymdeithasol yn yr ardal yn awr ac yn y dyfodol.

Er y byddem yn croesawu argymhellion ynghylch yr union fethodoleg fel rhan o'r ddogfennaeth dendro, rydym yn rhagweld y gellid cynnal hyd at 30 o gyfweliadau unigol/grŵp.

Mae'r gallu i gynnal sgyrsiau yn y Gymraeg yn hanfodol, a byddai tystiolaeth o ddealltwriaeth o'r diwylliant lleol a'r cyd-destun economaidd-gymdeithasol yn hynod fuddiol.

----------------------------------

Cyngor Gwynedd is inviting tenders to undertake a local history project aimed at gathering, preserving and interpreting the voices and memories of people, communities and participants in the Trawsfynydd site – through conversations and significant objects (e.g. photographs, artefacts, equipment etc) related to the subject matter.
