AC-NMW St Fagans Atrium Venue – New Motorised Truss System

Description of the goods or services required

A new suitable rigging system is required in the Atrium venue at St Fagans National History Museum for suspending event equipment, decorations, exhibition collections and hanging displays.

The Atrium is a large courtyard hall used as a multipurpose event space – hosting performances, gala dinners, and conferences. There is currently no truss system in place, by installing a new system we will increase the diversity of events and exhibitions AC-NMW can host in the space, and remain competitive alongside other venues in Cardiff, Wales, and the UK, as a high quality and multi-purpose hireable venue.

The truss system will be motorised and easily lowerable and will be hung from the existing hanging points within the venue’s ceiling. AC-NMW are looking to appoint a specialist rigging supplier to design, deliver and install the new motorised truss system.
