Training for Farming Connect Staff on:

1. Succession training – to support staff in dealing with succession issues within the farming industry

2. Facilitation – to improve and standardise facilitation skills within the team

3. Leading Change – to understand the principles of change and how to support the agricultural industry in times of change

4. Coaching and Mentoring – to develop practical coaching and mentoring techniques that can be used with our clients

Expenditure is subject demand for the courses which is assessed on an ongoing based in accordance with our continual staff development activities, however there is a maximum budget of £55,000 available up until the end of March 2023.
