Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the development of a Sub Regional Children’s Assessment Centre. It will incorporate three structures, comprising an unplanned assessment house, a planned assessment house and a workshop, inclusive of all external works and drainage at the former Meadow Lodge Site, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay. Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the development of a Sub Regional Children’s Assessment Centre.

It will incorporate three structures, comprising an unplanned assessment house, a planned assessment house and a workshop, inclusive of all external works and drainage at the former Meadow Lodge Site, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay.
