Energy Improvement Works - RHYL PAVILION

Description of the goods or services required

Pavilion Theatre has hugely oversized boilers, uncontrolled air handling units and inefficient heating in the auditorium. This project will replace the extant 5200kW boilers with modern 1000kW boilers along with the associated pipe/duct work., It will also replace the air handling units, replace the auditorium heating and add sophisticated building management (BMS) controls.
