Provision and delivery of Family Activity Packs

Description of the goods or services required
Amgueddfa Cymru is seeking a contractor to develop activity packs for families containing art and craft materials. We will also require you to manage the distribution of these packs to various museum sites and community organisations across Wales.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The successful contractor will be responsible for:
• Producing packs to an Amgueddfa Cymru brief – requirements listed below
• Including an A4 sketch pad, colouring pencils, drawing pencils, a rubber, sharpener, glue stick, and a black felt/fibre tip pen.
• Supplying all materials for the packs, including a suitable container, for example an artist’s portfolio, box, or similar.
• Adding activity booklets (16 pages – content developed by Amgueddfa Cymru)
• Distribution of packs to organisations across Wales, up to 100 addresses
• Guaranteed delivery of product under increased Covid restrictions
• Providing a quote each for 5,000, 7,000 and 10,000 packs
• Including costs for potential reruns of 2,000 and 5,000 packs at a later date if required
