Abstract
Transport for Wales Rail Limited (TfW Rail Limited) is carrying out a procurement event under the Station Modification and Infrastructure Enhancements Framework (SMIEF), via Sell2Wales. Within the stations programme there are commitments to improve station facilities at stations throughout the Wales and Cross Borders network. This project focuses on Flint and Runcorn East Stations and aims to enhance station facilities to improve overall passenger experience, as described in the scope.

Transport for Wales Rail Limited (TfW Rail Limited) is carrying out a procurement event under the Station Modification and Infrastructure Enhancements Framework (SMIEF), via Sell2Wales. we have made the below change to the technical scoring criteria (T6) in the ITT document.
Programme
Please submit a programme compliant with Clause 31 of the Contract, cognisant of TfWRL’s target to maximise the delivery of the works prior to 31st March 2023. The programme will be scored in accordance with the below criteria:
1. Compliance with clause 31 of the contract,
2. Maximisation of delivery of the works prior to the 31st March 2023,
3. Identification of opportunities to maximise spend prior to the 31st March 2023,
4. Overall contract duration (starting date to the completion date), and efficiency of overall programme,
