Description of the goods or services required
For the provision of Conservation Architect led design and ancillary services (Structural Engineer, M&E design, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer / CDM Services) for the design, consents, contract and grant administration on behalf of the owner, to support the repair, reuse and architectural reinstatement of three historic buildings for No.1 Stanley Street, No's 2 & 8 Boston Street, Holyhead.
