Abstract
The Partnership board is looking to let the restaurant area to a company who will run a restaurant in Cartref Cynnes Extra Care Scheme, Johnstown, Carmarthen. The scheme has 61 one- and two-bedroom apartments. There was a formal catering provision, but with the change of statutory services being delivered the partnership board want to work with a company who believe they can run a successful restaurant within the facility which will complement the scheme, as well as being a good opportunity for a company to build a successful business.
