All existing mechanical and electrical fittings are to be removed and renewed.
Internal thermal upgrade of walls.
Internal ceiling upgrade.
Redecoration throughout.
New flooring.
New kitchens and Bathrooms in Flats.
New roof coverings, rainwater goods, fascia/soffit/barge/dry verge, render, windows, doors and minor external works.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;
Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided;
Meet the critical programme deadline;
Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;
Undertake a site visit;
Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the tender return and Schedule of building work

Planning consent has yet to be approved and any updates will be issued on the portal.
Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.
Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Monday 20th March 2023.
You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
All queries in relation to the tender should be conducted via the Q&A function attached to this notice.
