Abstract
The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a detailed condition assessment of all internal and external windows in the building. Description of the goods or services required
The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a detailed condition assessment of all internal and external windows in the building. The assessment will identify the current state of windows, highlight any defects or issues, and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements with the creation of an asset register, and the prioritisation of issues based on urgency.
