Total quantity or scope of tender
The consultant(s) is required to produce an inspirational bespoke development plan that will shape and influence regeneration and investment activity in Llandudno for the next 10 years and support further community consultation and funding applications.
The development plan will need to challenge existing views and persuade people to raise their aspirations for the town. The plan needs imaginative design, but also needs a thorough economic grounding based on broad costings, outputs and a deliverable action plan.
In order for this to happen, it is essential the development plan is developed in collaboration with key stakeholders with consultation and sustainability appraisals carried out by the consultants at all stages of the commission.
This commission will have a distinct three stage process:
- Stage 1 – Develop and provide a long term evidence based vision for the future of Llandudno.
- Stage 2 – Development Plan Framework
- Stage 3 – Delivery Plan
