The objective of the service is undertake Road Pavement Surveys required which are to be carried out in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges Volume 7 Section 3 (DMRB) and the National Welsh Assembly for Wales Trunk Road Maintenance Manual (WOTRMM) Part 1 Section 2 unless otherwise stated herein.
