The Works consists of the internal and external upgrade to 26 Downs View, Aberthin CF71 7HF as specified.

The Council requires one (1) competent contractor (“Supplier”) to carry out the Works outlined within the Pricing schedule (Appendix E) and in accordance with all additional information supplied.
