The Information Management & Technology Department at Cardiff and Vale Health Board is tasked with supplying patient information and organizational data to senior managers and clinicians. The information involves a large array of data including referral time data, waiting time lists, and treatment information for analysis of hospital performance.

The Digital and Health Intelligence Department at Cardiff and Vale Health Board is tasked with supplying patient information and organisational data to senior managers and clinicians. The information involves a large array of data including referral time data, waiting time lists, and treatment information for analysis of hospital performance. No other suppliers are able to provide this service within the market as it is specific to the existing systems and at present, the Health Board cannot integrate to another system.
