3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

The budget for this work is for a maximum of £24,000 inclusive of VAT and any bid received over this amount will be disregarded without further evaluation.

Due to grant funding deadlines, the report must be complete and fully invoiced by early April, any proposals unable to meet this deadline shall be disregarded without any further evaluation.
