Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to work on pre paint repairs and the external decoration to 27 properties across Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The project involves pre paint repairs and the external decoration to 27 properties across Rhondda Cynon Taff.

The contractor will be required to remove and refit all tenant fitting and fixtures.

The appointed contractor will be required to carry out all works to current building regulations and health and safety standards.

The works will be undertaken using an NEC Term Service Contract A.

All products to be used for the Exterior Redecoration are to be from Crown Paints. Details of the Crown Technical specification can be found within the invitation to tender documentation.
