Description of the goods or services required

Hywel Dda University Health Board are seeking to commission counselling services for adults aged 18 – 30 years and children aged 13-17 old with mild to moderate mental health concerns to support to all seven GP Practices within the North Ceredigion Cluster for an initial period until 31st March 2022 with an option to extend for a further 12 months should funding continue to be available.

The service will provide Health Board funded, independent, confidential, person-centred, short-term counselling offering a maximum of 6 sessions, but this may be extended, when appropriate. The service will be available 5 days per week providing face to face or online counselling for individuals residing in the North Ceredigion Locality providing in the region of 25 sessions per week.
