Description of the goods or services required
The term of the contract is 3 years and the work includes the following:
3-monthly cleaning of Shower/Spray Heads and Drinking Fountains,
3-monthly flushing of Calorifiers,
3-monthly flushing of Pressure Expansion Vessels,
6-monthly water temperature logging of Cold Water Storage Tanks,
Annual inspections of Cold Water Storage Tanks,
Annual Cleaning & Disinfection of Cold Water Storage Tanks,
Annual Cleaning of Combination Tanks,
Annual cleaning of Thermostatic Mixing Valves,
Annual Sample to be taken to lab for testing,
Annual auditing of Risk Assessments,
Risk Assessments to Buildings.
