Description of the goods or services required

The Development Bank of Wales (‘DBW’) is seeking to appoint services to provide consultancy advice and guidance to support in the establishment of a green loan offer for micro, small and medium sized enterprises (‘SMEs’). SME lending is the core business of DBW, a sector which accounts for more than 50% of green-house gas emissions. As part of our suite of support to this market DBW is developing new ways in incentivising SMEs to encourage climate change action.
