Teambuilding and Confidence Building Activities

Description of the goods or services required

We are looking for a local venue to provide team building and confidence building activities for College students predominantly aged 16-18. Activities need to be suitable for a wide range of abilities. College staff will accompany learners but all activities must be supervised.

Requirements

Ability to accommodate up to 1,800 learners aged 16+ across a 10 day period from 12-23 September (numbers could range from 1,200-1,800)

Daily numbers could range from 100-200 per day depending on course group sizes

Lunch to be provided

Indoor space for learners to have a group briefing with PowerPoint at the start of each day

Maximum 30 minute drive by coach from Pembrokeshire College (SA61 1SZ) to venue

Arrival time 09:45. Departure time 15:15

Range of supervised activities to be provided (approx. 4 activities which groups will carousel around during the day)
